Job Responsibilities
As a Phone Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers and their families. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers and their families with inquiries and resolving issues in real-time, via phone, email, text messaging, and MyChart
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every interaction is courteous, empathetic, and solution-focused
- Documenting all customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the Electronic Medical Record and/or customer Relations Management System, to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
- Working closely with center and support departments to effectively solve customer issues and communicate feedback, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support
- Participating in training programs to enhance your knowledge of our services and customer service skills, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development
Essential Qualifications
To be successful as a Phone Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
