As a Staff Item Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the client delivery experience, ensuring seamless interactions from order placement to delivery.
About the Role
The InHome team is seeking an experienced Product Leader to drive the client experience forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing data to inform product decisions. Your expertise will be instrumental in elevating our customer satisfaction scores and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and develop a comprehensive product strategy for the InHome client experience, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to push the boundaries of innovation and deliver exceptional client experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Analyze progress and metrics to identify areas of success and opportunity, effectively communicating findings and recommendations to leadership.
- Establish and track key product KPIs, adjusting the product strategy as needed to meet evolving customer needs and business objectives.
- Conduct client research, translating customer needs into product requirements and business impact.
- Serve as a trusted advocate for customers, ensuring their concerns and feedback are heard and addressed.
- Launch new features on time, with a high level of quality, and in collaboration with testing and QA teams.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience as a product director, with a degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Specialization in product design for client experience, from conception to launch.
- Experience driving product vision and go-to-market strategies.
- Passion for emerging technologies and a keen eye for innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate:
- Experience working in an agile or lean environment.
- Background in last-mile product management.
- Previous startup or incubator experience, balancing technical and business requirements.
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience creating inclusive digital experiences, with knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Rules (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies.
