- Leading the team to deliver on targets, identifying high performers and competencies for success, and developing plans for the improvement of low performers, with appropriate documentation and follow-up.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications

- 10+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or related sales/account management, with a strong background in oncology and specialty sales.
