- Coordinating calendars and scheduling travel arrangements for senior executives

- Assisting with hiring and onboarding new team members in collaboration with Human Resources and the executive team
- Guiding and training team members on various enterprise applications
- Preparing and submitting purchase orders and invoices
- Managing communications needs for the senior executive team
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge management systems, including distribution lists, organization charts, and calendar management
- Developing and contributing to high-quality presentations for internal and external audiences
- Presentation and analysis of bank processes and data
- Enabling optimal hybrid work implementation, managing office supplies, facilities requests, and schedule management
- Overseeing the pool car and bank lease vehicle program
- Coordinating employee resources for office technology, workspace assignments, and facility upkeep
- Identifying and managing ad hoc projects or process improvements related to policy and procedure upkeep
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent, with higher education preferred
- Relevant work experience in a similar field and/or industry, with experience in financial services being an advantage
- Superior organizational and communication skills, with the ability to plan, multi-task, and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail, focused on the accuracy and quality of deliverables
- Excellent executive relationship skills, with experience as an assistant to senior executives
- Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
