Job Overview

As a Chat Moderator, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging community on our official Discord server. Key Responsibilities
- Moderate the chat on our official Discord server, ensuring that all users adhere to the community rules and guidelines

- Mute users who have violated the rules, providing a temporary measure to address minor infractions
- Investigate reports made by users about violations of the rules, taking prompt and fair action to resolve issues
- Collaborate with other moderators and team members to ensure consistency and fairness in community management
- Stay up-to-date with community trends, concerns, and feedback, providing insights and recommendations to improve the overall user experience
Essential Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and objective in challenging situations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
