About the Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Client Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and revenue growth. You will be providing phone-based support to customers from the comfort of your own home, helping to resolve and escalate product and platform issues, and answering account and billing questions. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests over the phone, email, and chat, following established standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Utilize blithequark's tech tools suite, including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu, in day-to-day operations
- Escalate and distribute customer issues to relevant departments as per guidelines
- Record, review, and follow up on requests and resolutions
- Investigate and research solutions to customer problems
- Update customer records during conversations
- Meet and exceed quantitative metrics and KPIs, including client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A dedicated home workspace with reliable equipment (details will be provided during the interview process)
- Comfort working remotely in the Eastern Time Zone for an 8-hour shift with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time
- 1-2 years of experience in customer services, preferably in the B2C focused financial and banking services industry
- Knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans
- A customer-first orientation and the ability to empathize with customer needs
- Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
