About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and live chats from our clients' customers, providing comprehensive support and resolving concerns in a professional and courteous manner. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated remote working space and a reliable internet connection. Our ideal candidate is someone who is technically savvy, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers, resolving concerns, questions, or assisting with product usage
- Provide medium to light tech support to assist customers with password resets, locating purchased items, or other technical issues
- Recommend additional products and services based on customer needs and requests
- Identify system improvements based on knowledge of system issues and provide feedback to the team
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 2-3 years of experience working in a remote call center environment, with a separate office space setup and no background noise
- Technical savviness to assist customers with varying degrees of computer and smartphone issues, as well as self-correcting your own computer issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate in a high-volume, metrics-driven contact center environment
- Ability to listen actively to sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
- Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A strong "phone voice" with proper diction and the ability to "hear you smile"
- Experience with InContact, Zendesk, Slack, or other similar software is beneficial but not required
- Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus
System Requirements:
- Dedicated remote working space with no background noise
- Ability to run CHROME browser with VPN connection and no less than 10mbps internet download speeds
- A compatible hotspot should internet outages occur
