Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing timely and effective solutions

- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to customers, unions, and other stakeholders to address customer needs and promote our products and services
- Set appointments and perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits

- Provide leadership development and coaching to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience
- Complete necessary paperwork, quality control, and other administrative tasks to ensure compliance and accuracy
Essential Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers, unions, and other stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- 18+ years of age
- Must pass a background check
- High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction
