Key Responsibilities

- Prepare information for data entry, including reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness
- Provide entry-level support for the data entry function, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Perform high-volume data entry work, including entering new applications, credits, and other data as required
- Provide administrative support to the data entry function, including maintaining data entry requirements and following data program strategies
- Train new data entry employees on our computer system and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed
- Perform regular clerical and data entry functions, including typing, faxing, and filing
- Ensure timely data entry and file management, including reviewing and confirming data before entry and performing daily audits and data entry adjustments
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our clients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision

- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or certification in a related field an asset

- Post-secondary education or certification in a related field, such as business administration or healthcare
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in data entry software and electronic medical records systems
