- Experience supporting brand products and services, with a strong understanding of consumer needs and preferences
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A minimum high school diploma, with college preferred
- Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Experience supporting consumer products and/or services, with a strong understanding of industry trends and developments
Training and Development

- 100% attendance is required during training, as this is a critical component of your success in this role
