About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Conduct application data entry, online chat inquiries, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age or older
Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days of employment
Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera
Commit to full attendance for a paid 3-week training period
Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet and a hard-wired ethernet connection
Be available to work from home with a reliable and secure internet connection

Essential Qualifications

Moderate to advanced computer skills and a high level of comfort learning new technology
High level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation
Self-motivated and success-driven with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
