- Availability to work 8-hour shifts any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, between 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST
- A high school diploma or equivalent, and be at least 18 years old, with a strong work ethic and effective time management skills in a home office setting
- A private workspace with a desk and chair, where surrounding noise cannot be heard or present during working hours, and a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
