About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to all customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
- Work with confidential customer information and maintain the highest level of discretion and sensitivity
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, resourceful, and solution-focused
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless issue resolution
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues or concerns, and escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, and provide feedback on call issues to improve our services
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services as required, and identify opportunities to promote our solutions and enhance customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute, with excellent keyboarding skills and accuracy
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems, with general knowledge of Windows-based systems and software applications
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- College degree preferred but not required, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders
- Previous experience in a similar industry or sector, with a strong understanding of the products and services we offer

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a dedicated workspace that is quiet, private, and free from distractions. You will also need to have a reliable computer, internet connection, and other technology tools to perform your job duties. Specifically, you will need to meet the following internet requirements:
- Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps
- Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN
