Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

Education

A high school diploma, GED Certificate, or equivalency is required. Associates or bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management is preferred.

Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in customer service is required. Understanding of the insurance industry, electronic claims, medical office knowledge, and/or coding/billing is preferred.
