The majority of work hours are scheduled during weekdays and daytime, with the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you. As a contractor, your earnings will vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics.

As an independent contractor at blithequark, you will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with blithequark. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against blithequark for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
