As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound customer calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary focus will be on delivering first-contact resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction while adhering to defined operational standards.

Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. The training is 2-3 weeks long, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm CST.
Once training is complete, you will be assigned to a 40-hour workweek, Monday-Friday, with a schedule between 7:30 am - 6:30 pm CST. While we don't typically schedule weekend shifts, there may be opportunities for overtime on weekends.
