About the Role

• Reach out to customers in cancellation status, follow up on terminated policies, and work with customers to reinstate their policies, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License for the State of Georgia.
