About the Role

As a Remote Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for customers who have questions or concerns about our products or services. You will respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and heard. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved, and using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers.
