Key Responsibilities
- Growing a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments/activities, and continuously monitoring competitor efforts.
- Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
- Guiding sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
- Participating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues.
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 1 to 3 years of successful enterprise-class sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales targets using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience in promoting new products/offers into new markets is strongly favored.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
- Remarkable business judgment with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced analytical abilities and quantitative skills, with comfort in handling complex financial data and polished communication skills.
