As a Remote Data Entry Associate (Typist) at blithequark, you will be responsible for executing and finalizing enrichment tasks as specified by our clients. Your primary focus will be on managing credentialing responsibilities, including entering application data, verifying vendor resources, and confirming board certifications. You will also communicate with state boards and credentialing organizations to obtain updates and verifications, ensuring the precision and quality of credentialing data in accordance with industry guidelines. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in this role, as you will be working from a home office equipped with a reliable internet connection.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, as well as proficiency in English with superb written and verbal communication abilities. You should be capable of operating independently from a home office equipped with a reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed). A minimum of 6 months experience in data entry or a customer service-related role is advantageous, and you should be available to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
