The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including account creation, claims online portal registration, and processing claims online portal tickets. As a Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk professional at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
The position schedule will be Monday through Friday, with flexible start times between 6am and 8:30am and end times between 2pm and 4:30pm. The initial three weeks of the assignment will involve comprehensive training, which will take place daily at 6am. This training will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the role and deliver exceptional support to our clients.
