About the Job
We're seeking a highly organized and efficient Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for maintaining our company's databases by entering new and updated customer and account information. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information, establishing entry priorities, and processing customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
- Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures and identifying and correcting errors, and swiftly bringing them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.
- Collects information and captures data promptly to ensure the business databases are current to accurately reflect its developments, updates, and transactions.
- Liaises with and follows up with employees within the company as well as with customers to collect information.
