Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Operator at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Entering data from images into our data capture system with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilizing basic knowledge of computer software or systems to input appropriate data in the prescribed format.
- Cross-referencing data to ensure accuracy and completeness, scanning and editing for errors during entry.
- Posting payments, preparing deposits, processing NSF and credit card transactions, and performing daily activity balancing.
- Maintaining incoming and outgoing mail and entering new business information as time permits.
- Receiving requests for technical assistance from customers and opening requests in our ticketing system for the Help Desk technicians to review.
- Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk and emailing responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates.
