Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Remote Data Entry Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of data entry tasks, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This is a remote position, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and are subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions

• Able to perform all functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Clerk and has the ability and responsibility to schedule cases and/or invoice cases.
• Receives case, opens case, and disinfects case for production.
• Packs and ships case for delivery through local source or national carrier.
• Performs the scheduling function for each case.
• Through LIS, enter demographics and customer information.
• Print preference notes matching to case.
• Move case into production area.
• Invoices cases and assists with billing questions or issues.
• Scanning of paperwork for each case for electronic storage.
• Answer all incoming calls.
• Respond to all inquiries from customers' office.
• Refers all technical inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Required

The minimum education and experience required for this position are:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Some billing experience required.

In this role, you may be exposed to the following hazardous materials or equipment:

• Disinfectant process chemicals.
• Personal protective equipment as required.
• Office equipment.

Physical Requirements

The physical requirements for this position are:

• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach.
• Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Repeated bending and kneeling.
• Vision capabilities: Depth perception, attention to detail, and/or color.
• Push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
