Work Schedule & Expectations

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be expected to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. You will be required to maintain a high level of productivity, processing a minimum of 8,000 keystrokes per hour, with a minimum accuracy rate of 98%. You will also be expected to be available and responsive to supervisor messages within 2 hours, maintaining open and effective communication.

Compensation & Benefits Package

At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including a starting salary of $16-$20 per hour, based on experience and typing speed. You will also be eligible for bi-weekly direct deposit, quarterly performance reviews with potential for raises, and a health insurance stipend after 90 days. Additionally, you will accrue paid time off starting after 60 days, with paid sick days and holiday pay for major US holidays. You will also receive paid training compensation and IT support for work-related technical issues.

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be eligible for a comprehensive 1-week onboarding program, with ongoing training and development programs to support your career goals. You will also receive software training for company-specific systems, with opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Data Security & Confidentiality

At blithequark, we take data security and confidentiality seriously. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement upon hire, with strict adherence to company data security policies and procedures. You will also be expected to follow HIPAA and other relevant privacy regulations, maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of company data.
