Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Gaining knowledge of RxClaim and participating in enterprise requirement determinations, checking out and documentation for Clinical Adjudication tasks, and collaborating to discover the root reason for override issues.
- Working on and delivering final products for branch projects and PA sports in a timely manner, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Supporting CAPAS carrier catalog offerings and incorporating progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations.
- Supporting the implementation of patron PA documents during the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process.
- Collaborating with colleagues to identify and resolve issues, and demonstrating arenaflex values such as collaboration and accountability.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data sets for projects or trending/possibility identification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and follow validated reasoning and judgment for CAPAS-associated tasks and projects.
- Excellent verbal and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users.
- A self-motivated and effective attitude, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- RxClaim experience, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including the ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse.
- Experience using MS Access database.
