Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Tracking progress and managing delivery of deadlines to ensure timely project completion
- Calculating delivery deadlines by week for content delivery, ensuring alignment with project milestones
- Maintaining a comprehensive content plan in Excel, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date information
- Creating and managing boards in Monday.com, ensuring they remain relevant and up-to-date throughout the project lifecycle
- Leading weekly meetings with brand and copy teams, facilitating open communication and collaboration
- Attending project meetings as needed, providing project updates and insights to stakeholders
- Preparing PowerPoint decks as needed for project meetings, presenting project progress and recommendations
- Leading content kick-off meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed
- Maintaining knowledge of key stakeholders, dates, deadlines, team members, and project details, ensuring seamless project execution
- Conducting quality control and troubleshooting any issues with workflow, ensuring high-quality project deliverables
- Reviewing Figjam boards to ensure relevant copy decisions are correct, aligning with project objectives
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on web content experience and content migration projects
- Prior experience managing similar content migration projects, demonstrating your ability to drive project success
- Experience using Monday.com, with strong proficiency in managing boards and workflows
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets and data analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Digital asset management knowledge, with experience managing large volumes of digital content
- Knowledge of Figma/Figjam is a plus, with experience in design and content creation tools
