Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Residential Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a Residential Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting with potential and existing customers, generating new leads, and selling our lawn care services. Key Responsibilities

• Meet with potential and existing customers to sell our lawn care services and build strong relationships
• Generate new leads through inquiry leads, new homeowner leads, cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and acceptable 3-year driving record (subject to review and approval by an insurance company)
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
• Ability to sell and meet sales targets
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information in layman's terms
• Positive, can-do attitude and a consultative approach to sales
