Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through consultative selling and personalized service
• Utilize knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide solutions and recommendations to customers
• Take orders, coordinate activities, and provide pricing and product information to customers
• Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment
• Manage the production queue and output, ensuring timely and accurate completion of customer orders
• Stock materials, manage retail supply, and complete assigned tasks based on priority
• Assist in the training of store team members and follow instructions of supervisors
• Demonstrate consultative behaviors in a retail environment to understand each customer's individualized needs
• Provide customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines
• Ensure all customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent education, as well as a minimum of 6 months of specialized experience in a customer-facing environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to stand during entire shifts, move and lift 55 pounds, and bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis.
