Job Overview

- Pack contents for shipping using established procedures and products, ensuring safe and secure packaging and timely dispatch.
- Receive and prepare documents for printing, operating various software packages and office machines with proficiency and efficiency.
- Process and document damaged shipments, late and lost package claims, and other customer service issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist in merchandising the store, including stocking shelves, maintaining a clean and orderly appearance, and informing appropriate personnel of inventory levels for re-ordering supplies.
- Perform end-of-day duties, including reconciliation of cash, checks, money orders, credit cards, and all other transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policy and procedure.
- Operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, and other office machines safely and efficiently, providing assistance to customers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, performing general housekeeping duties and other tasks as assigned.
