- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in various dialing campaigns, adjusting to changing priorities and objectives as needed
- Meet minimum dialing hour requirements per shift, as determined by the Operations Manager, to ensure productivity and efficiency
Essential Qualifications
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and negotiate with clients
- Be enthusiastic and eager to work with people, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer care
- Demonstrate fast and accurate data entry and note-taking skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Have technical proficiency with basic phone, computer, and web applications, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
- Be capable of learning, mastering, and communicating new products, services, and concepts to clients, staying up-to-date with industry developments
- Be comfortable making calls throughout the shift, with a strong phone presence and ability to engage with clients

- Be able to focus on standard business hour activities (9:00am - 5:00pm EST), with flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and objectives as needed
