- Builds data warehouses and data models to support Data Science and other internal clients, integrating data from various sources while ensuring adherence to data quality and accessibility standards.
- Analyzes current data technology environments to identify and assess critical capabilities and recommend solutions.
- Experiments with available tools and advises on new tools to determine the optimal solution given the requirements directed by the model/use case.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Data Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience with SQL.
- 5+ years of experience with Python.
- Experience with Cloud-based platforms (GCP preferred, AWS, or Azure).
- Strong Communication, Analytical Reasoning, and Problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference:
- Experience with Hadoop, Hive, or PySpark.
- Experience with Reporting (Tableau).
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is an advantage.
