Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Demand Planning to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our demand planning team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective demand planning strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate and timely demand plans for all products in the portfolio, using tools such as Anaplan and SAP

- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to inform demand planning decisions
- Implement and maintain statistical forecasting models to improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias
- Develop and present demand plans to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting key risks and opportunities
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand the impact of new product launches, promotions, and other business initiatives on demand
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business, such as supply chain disruptions or changes in customer behavior

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or supply chain management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective demand planning strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
