As a Senior Statistics Architect, you will play a critical role in transforming and innovating our Voice of Customer (VOC) method, working closely with our product and process owners, concern matter specialists, and agile teams.
About Our Voice of Customer Method
Our VOC method is a critical component of our customer listening strategy, which involves collecting and analyzing feedback from our clients across various regions and languages. We receive over 5 million surveys annually from clients in the consumer, business, and service provider areas. Our goal is to design and build a robust VOC method that provides actionable insights, enabling us to make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.
Job Summary
As a Senior Statistics Architect at blithequark, you will be responsible for assisting in the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. You will work closely with our product and process owners, concern matter specialists, and agile teams to design and build a robust VOC method that provides actionable insights. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Helping to improve and preserve the new VOC method sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through Qualtrics
- Working closely with utility teams to outline, body, and capture commercial enterprise needs
- Growing information of VOC methods and leveraging the same to outline and transform the facts within the Cornerstone large data platform
- Designing and building sturdy records model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions
- Enabling big statistics and batch/actual-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions
- Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystem
- Powering consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software program programs, checking out & builds automation tools
- Proactively picking out and automating guide obligations to improve best and efficiency
Responsibilities
As a Senior Statistics Architect at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with product and process owners, concern matter specialists, and agile teams to design and build a robust VOC method
- Developing and implementing data models and architectures to support VOC analytics
- Working with utility teams to outline, body, and capture commercial enterprise needs
- Leveraging VOC methods to outline and transform the facts within the Cornerstone large data platform
- Designing and building sturdy records model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions
- Enabling big statistics and batch/actual-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Hands-on improvement experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for information-driven tasks for a span of no longer less than 3+ years
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and delivery teams
- Strong understanding of data architecture and data modeling principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates with:
- Experience working with Qualtrics and Cornerstone
- Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong understanding of statistics and data analysis principles
