Key Responsibilities
- Manage integration projects with third-party applications and service providers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality integration projects
- Work with external clients to set and meet milestones, deliver top-notch integration projects, and provide technical guidance and support
- Lead a team of Technical Account Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and engineering teams, to define requirements, test data integrity, and deliver product offerings
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring they are properly using Amazon services and APIs, and troubleshooting issues as needed
- Identify opportunities and take calculated risks to drive growth and improvement, and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Amazon services and technologies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical account management position or a related field
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- SME status in at least one Amazon service (AWS, APIs, etc.) and a strong understanding of the architecture and operational boundaries of third-party applications
- Experience with technical boundaries and troubleshooting in a distributed system environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience managing remote teams with diverse skills and expertise
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience leading and managing direct reports and teams
