We're now seeking an experienced Senior Workday Integrations Consultant to join our virtual Workday Acceleration Center (WAC) in India, an extension of our US Workday Delivery team, to help drive our mission forward.
About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Workday Integrations Consultant who can leverage their expertise to help our clients connect, extend, and quantify their software investment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Workday Integrations, guiding clients through their integration landscape, and mentoring junior team members on Workday best practices. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a member of our Workday Acceleration Center (WAC), dedicated to serving Workday post-production customers with exceptional integration solutions.
- Demonstrate deep understanding and expertise in Workday Integrations, including current functionality, design concepts, and touch points with HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, Talent, Prism, and future product direction.
- Share your knowledge of Workday Studio, Workday APIs, Workday Connectors, and future Integration-specific functionality with clients, providing them with comprehensive integration solutions.
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices in Workday Integration design and development, ensuring they receive the best possible guidance and support.
- Create quick prototypes to demonstrate design options in Workday, showcasing your creativity and expertise in integration design.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, ensuring long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
Experience and Education Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workday Integrations Consultant at a Workday partner firm, with hands-on experience leading complex Workday integrations.
- Workday Integrations Core Certification, with Workday Studio certification strongly preferred.
- A detailed understanding of Workday Integrations processes and best practices, enabling you to make informed implementation recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong desire to contribute to building something new and innovative.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 2 pm-11 pm IST, and attend virtual meetings with the US Workday Delivery team and clients as needed.
- Willingness to travel when required, ensuring you can meet client needs and represent Workwarp at industry events.
