With a strong presence in Denver, CO, and a remote work policy that allows you to work from anywhere in the state, we offer a unique blend of flexibility and community. **Job Summary** As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, troubleshooting issues, and employing Incident Management procedures to ensure seamless customer experiences.
