Key Responsibilities
As a Skills Strategy Manager at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a Skills Strategist for enterprise clients, advising executives on workforce transformation, AI readiness, and skills-first talent models.
- Leveraging AI capabilities within blithequark to co-design custom skills assessments, learning pathways, and transformation programs that align to relevant business priorities.
- Providing data-driven, AI-powered recommendations that connect skills insights to tangible business outcomes, such as productivity, agility, and reskilling speed.
- Leading cross-functional internal and client teams to ensure on-time, high-impact deployments and driving sustained engagement through targeted interventions, change management strategies, and program optimization.
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with C-suite and senior program leaders, delivering strategic updates and quarterly business reviews that inspire action and reinforce the value of blithequark's AI-powered platform.
- Serving as a customer advocate to influence product innovation and roadmap, contributing to internal playbooks, best practices, and scalable delivery models, and mentoring peers on consultative and AI-enabled success practices.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Human Capital Transformation, or related advisory roles.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive structured execution that ensures customer value realization.
- Strong data-driven communication skills, with the ability to influence executives and drive business outcomes.
- A native or fluent English speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
