We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Sleep Therapy Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our Sleep Central Inbound Call Center team. As the first line of contact for our CPAP resupply customers, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care, resolving questions and concerns, and empowering patients to manage their sleep therapy effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include new order intake, verifying patient demographics and payer information, and providing basic sleep coaching and technical support for CPAP equipment.
