Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex data pipelines, supporting the team's mission in democratizing data and enabling a data-driven organization, in collaboration with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, ML Specialists, and Product Managers.
• Apply statistical models and NLP techniques, such as topic modeling, sentiment analysis, text classification, and text summarization, to extract valuable insights and patterns from text data.
• Communicate and visualize the results and insights of data analysis in a clear and concise manner, tailoring the message to various audiences and stakeholders.
• Summarize customer journey and conversations using fundamental or calibrated large language models (LLMs).
• Build models to guide the customer lifecycle process, leveraging machine learning and data analysis techniques.
• Effectively communicate significant insights to all levels of the organization, with varying levels of data science understanding and backgrounds.
• Collaborate closely with management, engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver significant business insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Apply various ML, advanced analytics, and visualization techniques to different datasets across the organization.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience in a quantitative field, such as Data Science, Applied Math, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Economics, or Engineering. A strong background in data science, with expertise in SQL, Python, and standard data science libraries and frameworks, such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and PySpark, is required.
