Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications, or the ability to obtain these certifications within the first 30 days of employment
- BBP Certification, or the ability to obtain this certification within the first 30 days of employment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience in customer service, facilities management, or a related field
- Knowledge of facility policies and procedures, including safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and climbing
- Basic first aid and CPR certification, with the ability to respond to emergencies and provide support as needed
