We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Customer Support Representative to join our team on a one-year contract basis. About the Position

This is a 40-hour per week position, working Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week (either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). The daily shift will be between 6am and Midnight, and you will be based at our beautiful Atlanta corporate office. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18/hr W2 for this opportunity. As a Technical Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by interacting with customers, responding to inquiries, and assisting with IT and operational support, systems and application support, networking support, and other technologies used within our organization.
