About the Role
We are seeking a driven, curious, and passionate Technical Product Manager to join our blithequark Field Experiences (AFX) team. As a key member of our team, you will dive deep into the lives of our salespeople to identify areas for investment, building globally scaled products that help them become the world's best salespeople. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and product management skills to simplify, accelerate, or otherwise force multiply the effectiveness of our sales team, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deeply understand the processes, complex systems ecosystem, and interpersonal networks that our salespeople navigate every day to do their jobs at blithequark
- Identify ways to simplify, accelerate, or otherwise force multiply the effectiveness of our sales team, driving business growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop a deep understanding of sales and sales operations, as well as the various technologies that power them, and bring those technologies to bear at scale to solve a wide range of problems
- Write press releases that imagine what we would say to customers on the release date of a new product to ensure we build the right solutions
- Ideate, incubate, and iterate on ideas until they are ready to present to leadership for review, acceptance, and funding
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management experience, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
- A strong technical background and proven track record of product management
- Experience cutting through ambiguity and driving strategy through influencing executive leadership
- A self-starter mindset, approaching complex business questions with data and curiosity, and diving below the surface to identify the root cause and "so what" rather than just superficial trends
Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, with a base pay range of $116,300/year to $201,100/year, depending on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
