Key Responsibilities
- Leadership in AI Inference Networking: You will lead the design, development, and implementation of AI inference networking solutions, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HPC/AI Product Engineering peers to design networking solutions across AI inference platforms, identifying risks and proposing data-based mitigations to ensure project success.
- Project Management: Define success criteria, create relationships for implementing features for complex cross-functional projects, and coordinate to ensure alignment across organizations, driving projects forward and delivering results.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvements by validating existing use cases and identifying new ones, ensuring that our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation in AI-powered technologies.
- Team Leadership: Lead teams to partner with other departments to collect performance metrics, drive customer support, and lead direct customer engagements, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric approach.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and leadership skills. The essential qualifications include:
- Education and Experience: A Bachelor's Degree AND 4 years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, OR equivalent experience.
- Project Management Experience: 2 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects, with a proven track record of delivering results in complex environments.
- Security Screening: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Advanced Education and Experience: A Bachelor's Degree AND 8 years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, OR equivalent experience.
- Extended Project Management Experience: 6 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects, with expertise in leading large-scale projects and teams.
- Technical Skills: 1 year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code, and working knowledge of InfiniBand and/or RoCE v2 networking in AI and HPC environments.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
