- Creating articles and contributing to the knowledge base with every customer touch point
- Contribute to the team's knowledge base and participate in improving the support experience
- Building relationships with our customers, rather than transactions, and reducing customer fatigue with effective communication
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of software products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to learn and grow your knowledge and skills, using this to learn additional products
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in technical support or customer service
- Knowledge of Bullhorn or similar software products
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Technical certifications or training in related fields
