About the Role: Analyst III, Technology Operations
We're seeking a talented and experienced Technology Operations Analyst to join our team at blithequark. As an Analyst III, you will play a critical role in driving the execution of innovation and ensuring application disaster recovery compliance across our global operations. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborate with worldwide groups, and contribute to the future of retail technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Management: Lead the testing of level 0/1 applications twice a year for disaster recovery compliance, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
- Status Reporting: Provide regular status updates and detailed reports on test outcomes, issues, and overall disaster recovery administration activities.
- Jira Maintenance: Manage and maintain Jira instances, ensuring accurate tracking of tests, issues, and project progress.
- Issue Tracking and Resolution: Follow up on issues identified during testing, working closely with teams to resolve them promptly and efficiently.
- Review and Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews of reactions and disaster recovery administration activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- New Application Reviews and Remediation: Assess new applications to bring them into scope for initial certification testing, ensuring compliance with global standards.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and adherence to guidelines and standards.
- Collaboration and Compliance: Work closely with internal groups and external consultants to drive compliance across global applications and environments.
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in technology operations, project management, and test management. Here are the essential qualifications and skills we're looking for:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.).
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project management, test management, Jira administration, and Power BI.
- Technical Skills: High-level understanding of technology platforms, IT controls, and regulations. Familiarity with cloud and on-premise technologies.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
