About the Role
As a Training Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for providing coaching, training, and mentoring to our teams on Marketing Technology and Project Management workflows. You will coordinate and oversee internal and external training operations, promoting a team-oriented, improvement-focused environment. Your expertise will be crucial in establishing and managing relationships between key internal customers, clients, and other stakeholders. You will own all end-to-end product knowledge management, ensuring that our teams have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver product and process training, including onboarding, refresher training, and regular product knowledge tests (PKTs)
- Conduct floor refresher training as needed, aligned with the Training Needs Identification (TNI) across all MarTech workflows
- Capture and transfer knowledge during expansion and new product launches
- Identify relevant training needs for individuals and workflows in consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems available
- Stay informed about relevant skill and qualification levels required by employees for effective performance (Client and Internal requirements), and circulate requirements and relevant information to the organization/leadership as appropriate
- Monitor, measure, and report on employees' training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
- Develop yourself and retain knowledge in relevant fields, always staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
- Interact with training vendors and attend related training conferences and seminars
- Ensure that current knowledge is updated regularly through huddles, monitoring, and other means
- Implement accurate and detailed project plans that align with the business cycle, using good judgment when handling sensitive and highly confidential information
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Overall 5+ years of experience with various digital media platforms and digital marketing automation, such as email, paid media, and event experience
- 3+ years of experience in facilitation, peer-to-peer coaching, or teaching MarTech Programs Management and development/implementation of go-to-market strategies in the MarTech domain
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, for the development and facilitation of complex training content
Preferred Qualifications

- Ability to prioritize and deliver outcomes in dynamic business environments
- Experience in marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Marketing Cloud
- A mid-level understanding of adult learning theories
- Highly analytical, with a track record of being a strong problem solver
- Excellent attention to detail and high process orientation
- Experience presenting to business stakeholders and driving value for the business
