* Researching various destinations and travel options to provide clients with the most up-to-date information on prices, customs, weather conditions, and reviews.
* Diagnosing clients' specifications and suggesting suitable travel packages and/or services to meet their needs.
* Organizing travel from beginning to end, including booking flights, hotels, and activities.
* Supplying travelers with pertinent information and useful travel materials to ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip.
* Collecting deposits and managing client payments in a timely and efficient manner.
* Using promotional techniques and preparing promotional material to sell itineraries and tour packages.
* Handling unforeseen issues and determining eligibility for credits/refunds in a fair and transparent manner.
* Maintaining relationships with key persons, including vendors and clients.
* Keeping financial statements and documents up-to-date and accurate.
* Asking for help and guidance when needed to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
**Essential Qualifications:**
