• Take a hands-on approach to solve any problem, learning from beginning to end, or separating pharmacists from pharmacists if clinical advice is needed

• Assist with customer inquiries regarding their insurance and payments, as well as shipping needs
• Provide technical assistance to our customers while browsing our website

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• Must live in the state of Arizona
• High school diploma or equivalent
• More than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications
• Multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills
• A high-speed internet connection from DSL, cable, or cable to the home (Fios or Fiberoptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps download
• The ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with two week notices
• Ability to work in a private environment free of distractions (i.e., barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and able to give full attention to the client during work hours

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email
• Communication skills (spoken and written)
• Experience working in a customer service or call center
• Work experience in the medical field
