Essential Qualifications

- Must live in the state of Arizona
- High school diploma or equivalent
- More than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications
- Multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills
- A high-speed internet connection from DSL, cable, or fiber-optic with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- The ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with two weeks' notice
- Ability to work in a private environment free of distractions (e.g., barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and able to give full attention to the client during work hours
Preferred Qualifications

- More than one year of relevant experience in customer service via phone or email
